Club House Hall Rental

Did you know that we rent out our wonderful Clubhouse Hall to clubs and other organizations looking for a home to hold their meetings/events on a regular basis.  The location is central for most Calgarians. We recently installed Solar Panels so it’s eco-friendly too! 

Our hall is ready to meet your needs, whatever they may be.  We can accommodate your meetings, events and even those business meetings to get away from the office distractions!  For rental pricing and availability contact bwccrentals@gmail.com

**Note on Current availability – Saturday and Sunday daytime and evening are currently fully booked. We have a few evenings and day time hours available for groups looking to rent the hall monthly, bi weekly or weekly  

A few highlights of our hall:

• Capacity = 120 people
• Ample Free Parking
• Full kitchen with convection oven, fridge, microwave and bar service window.
• Tables and chairs are provided. You can chose from rectangular 3’ X 8’ or round 5’ banquet tables
• Ornamental Fireplace, hardwood floor, vaulted ceiling, BBQ pad, two large windows overlooking canal and green space.
• Dual lighting system: spotlights and LED tube lighting.

Standard Terms and Conditions:

• Renter is responsible for all liquor and catering services.
• Damage deposit is required in full at time of booking.
• All prices (except Damage Deposit) are subject to GST.
• Rental Fee (in full) is due one (1) week prior to rental.
